The Grocery Shopping Workshop is sponsored by our Aging Up...Not Out Program. The Aging Up...Not Out is a life skills program for older youth who will soon be aging out of the foster care system. The program provides critical lessons to help the youth navigate adulthood successfully. 

The Grocery Shopping workshop will take place at a local grocery store where youth will learn about effective grocery shopping, including budgeting for food, taking advantage of store rewards programs, making healthy choices, reading labels, and planning meals.

This event is for foster parents to get a jump start on holiday shopping. Adults will pick out toys and other items and our volunteers will wrap them.

Save the date:  On the evening of Saturday, May 16th, The Blue Ribbon Project is hosting our annual Blue Ribbon Bash.  This event is our major fundraiser and includes a silent auction, dinner, drinks, 50/50 raffle, and dancing to live music from Pretty Big Deal.  Details coming soon!
